The Sun Beach hotel offers a great value for money with rooms that have a great view. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing useful information and recommendations. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to some very nice beaches and within reach of the town center and ferry terminals. The basic amenities provided are satisfactory, making for a comfortable stay.
Some minor improvements could be made, but overall everything was okay.

Nice looking pool...that's it.
Slow small old and smelly elevator and corridors. Not much parking. Old furniture and small old tv. Don't expect anything in this place. We took it because it was the only option and was not worth it. Not baby friendly. Sheets and bed are worn out and look very used and not privacy at all (Walls made of paper)

Very relaxed, nice and laidback.
An empty bar fridge would be good in the room.

This hotel is a great value for money, offering affordable prices for a stay right at the most important beaches in Ajaccio. I loved waking up to a beautiful view over the Bay of Ajaccio from my room, and the staff were friendly and attentive to detail. The basic amenities provided were sufficient, and the breakfast spread was delightful.
All was good and satisfactory.

The view !!
1- the noise !!!!! We could hear absolutely everything happening outside our room (in the hallway), the doors slamming, the neighbours speaking, the doors' creak etc... 2- the run-down state of the furniture 3- the bathrooms were not convenient, the shampoo not renewed every morning 4- the tactless of the cleaning lady who knocked at your door at 9 o'clock to clean the room!! 5- the morning buffet, good but not very generous

balance between the price and the quality of the service.
better if there is mini-bar (refrigerator) for long stay, especially in summar.

We loved the splendid view from the hotel rooms and the helpfulness of the staff, who provided us with information regarding the area and nearby scooter rental services. The hotel's location was also a plus point as it was very close to the beach, and we could easily access the town center by public transport. Hotel facilities were well maintained, and the pool was a great place to relax. Plus, there were nearby options for groceries, with a supermarket and a bakery nearby.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The hotel staff was helpful providing information about the surrounding area. We enjoyed the great views from the hotel and the convenience of having a bakery and supermarket nearby. The swimming pool was a nice refreshment during the hot weather.
The hotel was poorly maintained and in need of updates. The rooms lacked basic amenities like a fridge and coffee facilities.

The view from my room was quite good, and the hotel offered a free breakfast. the hotel was located near the beach, which was nice.
The hotel staff barely spoke English, and the room was quite small and cramped. the air conditioning barely worked and the bed was uncomfortable.

the friendly staff provided us with helpful advice on local attractions and restaurants to visit. the room was clean and well-maintained, with a breathtaking view of the sea. the breakfast was delicious, and the pool area was like a little oasis where we could relax and enjoy the sun.
We did encounter some noisy guests who disturbed our sleep at night.
